I agree that the show needs a bit more refining in the structure, but I'm giving her at least a season to work the kinks out. That's usually how it works with talk shows.
I agree Rocket, the dinner scenes are what make the show feel unique and more engaging. She should focus more on that structure, or possibly make it the main focal point.
