I don't know if he's innocent or not.

But if he is innocent, then it makes sense he'd be obsessed with her because she's ruined his life. If someone falsely accused you of raping them and millions of people are talking about it you're not just going to sit there, not defend yourself and take the abuse are you?

If he did rape her then he needs to go to prison asap.

Because the records have more than just her therapy sessions after the rape. Literally every small personal detail about Kesha's life would be put out to the public. Anything she's ever done that she's spoken to someone about, her medical history, etc etc.

Just for the sake of argument, if her private medical records were released - lets say she got an abortion in 2011 (purely hypothetical.) I'd imagine a celebrity with pretty big status right now wouldn't want that going to the press, but that's exactly what Luke wants.

No one would ever accuse me of rape because I'm not a rapist nor do I put myself in a position to be accused of such crimes. He put himself in that position because he's a controlling, power hungry douche. But let's say I was accused. I'd let my lawyers handle it instead of going on ridiculous Twitter rants and deleting photos of my alleged victim sleeping in my bed. Not to mention feeding tmz birthday cards and heavily edited video footage of my alleged victim being asked about unwanted sexual advances. Thou doth protest too much.

She lied because she was threatened. Her right to privacy is still intact. I would have lied under oath too after my sexual abuse

And Dr. Luke has the nerve to demand her medical records. The only time a therapist can release those records w/o the patients' consent is if the patient is endangering someone or themselves, which Kesha is not.

Luke is being overtly aggressive, I wonder why.

I mean, release those medical records would be extremely sensitive and indecent for sure but at the same time, it could definitely help her case. At this point, she brought nothing (that we aware of) to prove her claims.
I believe her of course but it's obvious and logical he's going to do EVERYTHING possible to clear his name.

Well my abuser wasn't just sexually abusing me. He used me as a punching bag verbally and physically. He was also my own cousin, so yeah I would have lied under oath. It may not be "commendable" but you do what you have to for your own safety and I'm sure kesha did the same
