It does raise a bit of skeptism that Kesha doesn't want to release any of the medical documents, however I do see why she wouldn't. Isn't there a way to change any names or details within it before it gets released for privacy or can you not do that.

The court has the right to rebuke the confidentiality clause if it means bringing justice to the forefront. If K$ is right with her claims, she shouldn't be afraid although there's probably significant details in the report that she doesn't want the world to know. But everybody's got a dark side and truth is what matters more right now. It's better to settle this one and for all instead of dragging this out because let's face it no one is winning rn.

These aren't hospital records. They're records of private therapy sessions. How would you feel if someone tried to get those records from your therapy sessions? What would it prove exactly? he's just trying to revictimize her and shame her for her thoughts and feelings.

I kinda understand her not wanting to release these, but if she's honest with her claims and NOT just trying to smear him to get out of her contract, what's there to lose by releasing these?
I understand that she shouldn't have to, but as it stands, she has NO evidence to support her claims. She needs something, and holding this back won't help.
