I mean. I took an agriculture class and the animal industry is a mess and unsustainable. There are scientists who work very hard to solve the problems of meat there are entire college courses dedicated to the farming and animal industry.There is a problem and abstaining from meat is a valid option.

Its just that shaming others is not cool.

Not really. Pointing out the genuine faults of the meat and dairy industry is necessary. You shouldn't publicly shame someone because of their dietary habits though.

No. There's actual legitimate science behind what vegans preach. I think vegans that shame meat-eaters are by far more annoying. I've never had a bad encounter with a Jehovah's Witness.

My two weeks as a vegan was far better than my fifteen years as a JW

No, because we're not promoting fairytales. Animals are tortured and killed for meat and as well as being cruel and unnecessary it also has a negative impact on the environment, too much meat is also bad for your health. That's the reality of it, not faith.

Stay pressed though at people who show compassion and are wanting to save animals and the environment.
