I think the recurrency policy should be 50/26/-4, meaning the song falling below #50 after 26 weeks would also remain on the chart until their fourth consecutive week of declines. I would also allow exceptions for songs getting pushed out artificially quickly due to an onslaught of songs from just one artist, as we have seen with Prince, Beyonce, and now Drake -- because most of those songs would likely have climbed back into the Top 50 after this week is over.
That's clearly stated as part of the recurrent rule. A song goes recurrent when it's below #50, has spent over 20 weeks on the Hot 100 and decreases in overall points.
I had Really Really at 67 points last week and I currently have it at 73 points this week. It should be absolutely save.
Because of how well JT has been in sales this week. He actually could challenge for debuting at number one. I still think Drake has an edge over JT but it's gonna be super close now.

Please King Drake let the other King another number 1 even if it's only for 1 week. PLEASE!
Since it was #6 on YEC above #1's like JGMAR, WIWYM with only huge hits above it (Thirft Shop, Blurred Lines, Radioactive etc.), I'm gonna say no.
Both JGMAR & WIWYM are considered bigger hits. I mean, both sold at least 1M more copies + their videos have more views than Mirrors. Not sure about radio peaks, but I bet they were bigger there too (or really close).
