As Gossip Cop reported earlier, Gomez and Bloom are not dating or hooking up, but are only good friends. However, rumors about the two being intimate began spreading when photos emerged of the two hugging at an after-party for the opening night of her Revival Tour in Las Vegas. In one of the pictures, it appears as if the actor might be leaning in for a kiss, but as we noted earlier, he was simply speaking into her ear so she could hear him inside the noisy venue.
Even though Gossip Cop already debunked the claim that there’s something amorous going on between Gomez and Bloom, we still checked in with a source close to Perry, who exclusively assures us there’s “no truth” to HollywoodLies’ story. The singer doesn’t “blame” Gomez for a nonexistent tryst with her boyfriend, because it simply didn’t happen.
