Not really. She's been working on this album for years now. It just sounds like it's finally done and she's been waiting until The Voice was over to release something (so she can focus on promo?).
ummmm have you followed her recent interviews? She was writing and recording pits and pieces over the past years putting down ideas but it wasn't until earlier this year that she actually started making the record. The album is no where near done. She's gonna talk about how exciting and amazing it is to record new music when she visits Ellen next week. Mark my words.
