A) "You" is a pronoun and can be used as a hypothetical placeholder for the more formal "one". I'm sure you know this so I'm unsure why you decided to go so far as to make an itemized list, listing this petty remark at the top.
B) Goddess Swift's hair looks a mess, her facial expression is bland, the angle of the dress looks unflattering, she's turned away from the reader, and her pose is reminiscent of a child serving their best model pose.
I’m sure they had a better image to use for a cover.
