I miss the days of Bebo & MSN, but the 2010s social media are definitely better & more interesting

I remember bebo! Also my mum found my Myspace once and freaked out over that Tom guy who created it and has everyone as a friend when you join, she thought he was some kind of pedo

At school when I was 12-13 we had this website like bebo that other schools signed up for and was basically controlled by teachers.I remember getting banned for posting quotes, one of them being "An apple a day keeps the doctor away but if he's cute screw the fruit!", my teachers were really concerned, I was damn mess, they made me take this online safety test before letting me back

I remember I was super popular on DeviantArt.

10's social media def ruined us. We are SOOOOO dependant on technology that it's more than disgusting. I wish I was born in 1950's

I was so shy back then and i'd have long, personal conversations with people i went to school with over messenger, even tho we'd barely acknowledge each other in person
