Yeah. I've been cutting back on soda a lot lately (its shocking the amount of sugar that's in it).

Minute maid fruit punch and berry punch is really good.

Juice is just as bad as soda

That's dumb, but, it's better than referring to soda as 'pop'.

I mean obviously the country calls it 'fizzy juice' or a 'fizzy drink' to differentiate but I'm from Glasgow were there's no need. We're just lazy.

I never drink any kind of soda tbh.

Juice is always better than soda but the calories are still just as awful.

I'd much rather be healthy and just drink the stuff that may or may not cause cancer.

Agreed with Ramos - nothing is as good as cold refreshing water (other than La Croix).

Both rot your teeth, cause diabetes and have the same amount of calories

The only thing juice has going for it are a couple of vitamins

I do use natural orange/grapefruit juice in the mornings when I'm feeling like I'm gonna get the flu though.

I had the flu earlier this week and my mum stocked up on the fruit juices. 7 big ass cartons of orange, pineapple, mango and apple. I was feeling better by the time she bought them too.

Grapefruit is the devil though, sometimes it tastes ok (it never tastes good) and sometimes it tastes like Jewels & Drugs (like ****).
