Watch your drink (if you are drinking) and be careful going home with strangers. I suggest getting their number and hanging out with them another time rather than going home with them that night. They can rape you there or even bring you to an orgy without you knowing it.

Yes, I have never had a problem with going out alone. Push yourself out of your comfort zone. Just don't get too drunk because there will be no one there to babysit you.

I've done it one time because my friend who was supposed to meet me didn't show up and cancelled while I was on my way and yeah you get way more guys coming up to you if they see you're alone so if you're looking to just hook up I guess you should do that. Some guy invited me to hang out with him and his friends and I was semi-buzzed so it was fun. Otherwise, I probably would've just gone home I felt kinda awkward.
