I'm not even kidding life has WRONGED me! Eating fu*king steamed broccoli and salmon for lunch every day at work and fkn like poached chicken for dinner with some brown rice and still NO ABS. Needless to say they're worth it to a certain extent, but I think for me it would mean completely eliminating both carbs and sugar and probably dairy to an extent, which leaves me feasting on plain veges 24/7 which pretty much is me sacrificing the best parts of my full-time working life (meals) to look better for some vain gay guys I wouldn't even want to end up with anyway? Hmm...
