Or do you tend to have periods where you would eat a lot then not want food?
I tend to have periods where I feel like eating loads of food and then periods where I don't want to eat anything. Just depends on what my brain is telling me.
i actually almost never get hungry. the only times i eat are when i get anxious or when my blood sugar gets too low (which isn't /quite/ the same as being hungry i don't think? it doesn't feel the same)
the only times i really eat a lot are when i get pizza. and that's just because i like pizza. lol
