Wow, I didn't know so many Americans were this intolerant...thinking about all those poor closeted gays with ****ing homophobic parents

So a couple of Christians are mad because Riordan is inclusive of LGBT+ characters in his pre-teen book series. Shocking.

But omg. I didn't know he had a new Greek mythology book out. I thought he was only doing the Norse or Egyptian stuff or whatever.

I can't wait to read this. I had it sent home so I wouldn't be tempted to read it during finals.

I love Nico and his new bf. I started reading it today.

Even before I knew Nico was gay he was my fave cuz he was all emo. Read it to support hunty support.

(Though I'm not entirely sure why else I keep reading these books, as they're never surprising or very well-written. But maybe it's cuz I'm out of the demographic...)
