Gavin DeGraw and Rachel Platten are helping Musicians On Call, a nonprofit bringing live music to hospital patients, launch a new campaign.
MOC recently reached 500,000 people played for, so they're asking people to share their "MOCMoments" as a part of their "Half A Million Moments" campaign.
