I don't need to go through the whole video to sort of get where he's going with it. I agree to an extent. The thing that just turns me off is that she thinks she's being innovative, but everything is just straight off of a Tumblr dash, like he was insinuating. It's the world she comes from, so it makes sense to play to it. And she's not the only artist to do that. It's just that I feel like she gets sort of wrapped up in her own hype and whenever I see how she interacts with JB or The Weeknd, I cringe a little. Her vocal isn't great, but again, it's pop. You don't have to be great if you're not selling yourself as great. She's selling herself as great and I think that's what kills any interest I could have in her music.
