I live in a four-bedroom apartment and my roommate the furthest from my room talks so ****ing loud i can hear him in the corner of my room. how do i tell him I'm slowly going deaf?

Yell at them and make exaggerated hand movements like "YOU NEED TO STOP BEING SO ****ING LOUD"
