Not in general but Katy did decide that stylize her album as PRISM a good year after Gaga stylized her album in all caps. Beyonce probably did, too.

She also travelled back in time and influenced HARD CANDY also all in capitals.

As Aiden said, PRISM was first titled Prism, and then all of a sudden shortly before the release Katy changed it to PRISM.

Not every artist but Katy Perry is an evident example. The woman is always keeping track of what Gaga is doing, especially on social media, and she probably saw her tweets about capitalising ARTPOP in 2012.

I thought that was Michael Jackson.....try something else.
