I'm not a Gaga fan but I do respect her as an artist and I think she feels really sad about this kind of "fans" as they do everything she's against (from what I know) .
I think it's basically a reflection of his empty life with some frustration and sadness (as they seem to have no real life with fun, friends, etc) , added to the mix .
All in all , tragic and embarrassing
