The dress fit the theme very well.
Met Gala themes are always open-ended and yet everyone year-in and year-out shows up with such literal interpretations. THIS though is what the age of technology is about. I follow tech closely, and conversations these days are often about ARTIFICIAL intelligence and modified genetics, about products, advancements and innovations that make the things we interact with feel more and more "human" and "real". So far Bey's is one of the few on that carpet who seems to have conceptually understood and delivered on this theme.
It's very Ex-Machina artificial skin.
