unfortunately, that top 4 is incorrect. Lizzie McGuire and That's So Raven compose the correct top 2.

That's So Raven, Hannah Montana, Lizzie McGuire, Suite Life, and Kim Possible are Top 5.

Lizzie McGuire was freaking awesome and worthy of the title. That's So Raven shouldn't be fourth, though. It should be a close second, tbh. It was HILARIOUS and REAL (life issues i.e., racism, sexism, drugs, etc.). Not a lot of shows can say they incorporated all that, especially for a Disney show!

Hannah Montana and Wizards of Waverly Place are good as well. Overall, the Top 4 makes sense!
