He has a weak jaw actually. His nose *seems* huge only because his mandible is underdeveloped. His upper jaw is narrow it can trap the lower jaw preventing growth.
Lady Gaga needs orthognathic surgery. Her face will continue to deform and age badly as time progress due to the muscle imbalance. She needs to expand her upper palette as well as move her lower jaw forward.
She's DEFINITELY a mouth breather which is detrimental to her overall health.

That seems expensive, good to know that your illness can be cured with some meds though.
