plot, cast, concept, soundtrack, plot twist, ending.. the fact you had to watch it two times to understand. then on your third time, you notice little details that connect to the other or outcomes. it's such a mindblowing film. i still watch it from time to time.
Followed really closely by Interstellar and Memento, but none of his movies are bad. In fact I think none are even "just okay" but plain great. He's such a talented man. His passion and vision are out of this world and reflect on every single one of his projects.
