What I find that helps is writing a script of EXACTLY what you are going to say, down to the T. Just read off the paper and get it over and done with (however if you are being marked on presentation skills then this might not be the best solution)
It also helps to remember that everyone in the audience is bored and not really paying attention, so don't have the mentality that everyone is watching you and paying that much attention to everything you are saying.

See, I used to be like this. But once you realize your future job will depend on giving presentations, you just need to open your mind and be confident about it. You need to break that ''I can't do it. I'm going to fck it up'' trash.
Let's not go too far. If you want to be the best, you need to wake up one day and just leave at home the insecurity of talking in public.
Basically you need to know what you're talking about, otherwise you're going to look so dumb saying non sensical things.
