I will say that Work really is a product of Drake's team. Boi-1da produced it. PND wrote it. Drake featured on it. I remember when it premièred everyone under the Radio 1 Twitter post was saying Drake was the only salvageable part of the song. Not that I agree but that's what happened ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Not entirely true. Bad Blood wouldn't be the smash it is today without the remix but it in its own did very well. The solo version went #1 on HAC, top 10 on AC and I'm pretty sure Pop played the original version more.
Eh, but the remix really pushed it to that 382k sales week. That's what helped it secure #1.

Hm, I don't think so. Gaga's songs from TFM went Top5, but Beyonce... And Telephone is Beyonce's highest charting song, and she is just featured, since it was released compared to what she released after it. Which means = Gaga ha power.
And also why did Videophone fail to have similar success then? Since it's actually a Beyonce song
