What's your stance on Obama Care? I'm indifferent because im not directly effected by it because I have free insurance thru my job... But I knew someone who was paying like $80 a month and he complaint because he is of limited income. I also knew someone who got fined when he was awaiting his "income tax return" because he wasn't insured.. In a way it looks like Health insurance is being forced on you

It has its issues but I think weighing the pros and cons it's a net positive. Of course many people's situations would be improved if some Republican states accepted the grants to expand Medicaid.

Yeah I of course like it. The pros outweigh the cons.

I have a good older lady friend's whose daughter needs penicillin to live, and her insurance only covered her till her senior year, and another 4 years if she went to college. There was no way they would be able to afford it without insurance so they were freaking out.. Literally the year she graduated, ObamaCare was put into effect and she got her coverage back.

In the end, anecdotal evidence is sorta useless. You have some claiming it helped, some claiming it hurt.

But this girl is literally ALIVE now because of Obamacare, so I don't really give a **** about the people complaining "ugh but now mine is kinda more expensive!"

I'm 17 so idk what that is. Obama slays though.

I want single-payer healthcare so I'm not really a huge fan of it. BUT the pre-existing condition thing and getting to stay on your parents plan until you're 26 (I believe) were good.
