I want her to take the Adele route and just put the singles on there, I wouldn't be mad if she puts the whole album out there, but it would probably decrease album sales (see 1989,25,lemonade, views all excellent album sales w/no Spotify)
She should just release the singles on there and then the whole album like 2-3 months after release
Also remember when she had that meeting with Apple / Apple Music? I'm guessing she will have sort of deal or partnership with them

Those artists are way bigger than Gaga right now, and all of them (except Lemonade) had huge hits before the release.
I wouldn't read too much into this, I doubt Spotify know much right now. That could just mean at this moment in time the album is not coming to Spotify, because at this moment in time there is no album. I reckon it will be on there, especially since SPS is so important now and no one is certain what this albums success will be like
It has been worded a little ambiguously here. But provided it's actually real, they probably mean they're simply unaware of a release date in general, as others have already pointed out.
