i hope she does a few songs with him
because the beats of "hotline" sound
kinda similar to "goodies" and "1,2 step"
and if she does that sound again,it would be huge!

"and i" was such a pointless single,
the song was OK but it completely
messed up that era and ruined all
the momentum from "goodies,1,2 step"
and "oh":-/ i think they felt they needed
a ballad but they didn't because "oh" was
already kinda slow anyway.....

i always used to watch the "TE" dvd over and over
and over just to memerize her moves and do it back along with her

that her new music is reminding her of when
she just started which means it will be more

well those beats are very popular and
are big hits like that song and "breakup" and "diva"....
and if if people are getting tired of those big bass beats,he can
still make her a simpler dance beat like "hotline"

everytime i say that,people get mad at me
but i really hope she works with jazze pha too because
there's no denying their chemistry together! the SHONUFF
movement with him was huge and they have helped each
other out a great deal....

danja can sound generic at times but
he has made some of her best songs and even
songs that didn't make it on albums like "turn it up"
got a lot of love from blogs!
i think people like DARKCHILD and TRICKY sound way
more scattered than danja,especially tricky who has sorta
been recycling himself lately...:-/

it didn't do that well compared to her previous
songs was because it was too urban for most
of her fans....if it had more dance in the beats
like "goodies" or "1,2 step" or "loose control"
it maybe would have done a lot better...

i think that was the main problem with the
entire "TE" era was that didn't have the same appeal
as "goodies" because it was sort of a big change from her
sound and the wrong songs were picked to be singles:-/
i don't think releasing "like a boy" after "promise"
was the best idea.........
i think they should have made a more dance song
after "promise" like maybe "THAT'S RIGHT" which i feel
was the "work" of TE and didn't get the exposure it deserved.

and i agree that "high price" would have been a big hit if
it was released too but when it first leaked it got a
lot of negative feedback around the blogosphere
and i think that scared jive off from releasing it....

same but i also really hope her management
team who does her promotional appearances and stuff
does everything good this time as well because they really
dropped the ball in the FR era....ciara didn't even really start
promotion until like the week before the album came out
and when LSM had already peaked.....
so far they've been doing good with getting deals with
verizon and photoshoots so i just hope they keep it up
when her album comes out and don't mess it up like last time

yeah from the looks of things so far i think
it will do way better too and she stuck with johnny
wright again which is good for stability because she
has changed managers for every single era so far
and it just seemed like things just got messier when
that happened.....i don't really like or trust johnny but he's doing some
good things for her career right now and seems to
be redeeming himself from last time...
