There isn't much protecting them anymore other than the Mountain.

The Stark kids really.... Sansa has Brienne, even if she is captured by Ramsay she'll be kept alive. Bran will stay in that cave for a while, will Jon die again? Arya will have Jaqen h'ghar and her training but she's the one in most danger along with Rickon.

TBH the endgame is looking to be like all the big/noble houses will be extinct and someone else will take over, most likely bastards.

House Bolton is gone.... just Ramsay left, he'll bite it soon.
House Martell was taken last week, are the Sand Snakes/Ellaria really going to rule?
House Baratheon, gone with Shireen burned and Stannis dead.
House Arryn... Lysa is dead, Robin will join her.... Littlefinger takes over.
House Lannister is always in danger, Kevin will die soon as will Tommen. Jamie, Tyrion and Cersei left, will they really have more kids?
House Tyrell... Loras might die and Margeary might have kids, they might be ok.
House Stark and Tully still have kids alive, Sansa, Arya, Bran, Rickon and Jon. Rickon might die and can Bran reproduce? It seems like Sansa's kids will carry out the name unless she makes Jon a Stark and has kids as well. I don't know about Arya.

I just remembered that we haven't seen Littlefinger since the start of last season when he gave Sansa to a rapist. Where the **** is he?

And I pretty much agree with Triton's assessment. The Stark line will live on, but the others are basically doomed.

Add on that Khaleesi can't have kids, so the Targaryen line ends with her unless she makes Jon a Targaryen .

I dont know but if Mel did resurrect him it will like she is the one who has the all the power and Jon is not special which GRRM has been pointing otherwiese. But at this point it does look like that Mel resurrected him.

They were focusing on Ghost A LOT in that scene, and it seems especially fitting with Ghost waking up from his sleep at the same time as Jon was revived. It would also fit with the reintroduction of Bran and the idea of warging in this episode

As a book reader, Ramsay killing Roose was an awesome shocking moment

I actually expected Roose to kill Ramsay at the end of that scene since he's so smart and Ramsay seems short-sighted. But unlike Ellaria killing Doran in 5x01, which I felt didn't make any sense and ruined a character, I was satisfied with this since it's totally within Ramsay's character to do absolutely anything necessary to keep himself in power.

The scene with Tyrion and the dragons reminded me so much of the last Quentyn Martell chapter in the books, so I was lowkey worried for his safety

I havent watched episode 2 but you do know carcasses deteriorate right? Unless u are expecting him to be ressurected as a zombie, theres no realistic way of bringing him back any later. It was either now or the burnt his body. Even in medieval times it'd make no sense to keep a smelly dead body locked up in a room for days

Brilliant episode. Loved the whole Lyanna/Ned scenes plus big reveal at the end. It looks like Ramsey is the big baddie in the North who needs to be taken down, and i'm sure this will happen somewhere along the line...maybe episode 8 again or something.

I'm guessing Sansa gets kidnapped [again] and is the prize what's shown to Ramsey in the preview for next week. That leads to *** returning to Winterfell to help save her.

It's starting to get very lit right now
