With the final judging line-up for this year’s X Factor still very much up in the air, one name not in the ring is Louis Walsh’s choice, Nicole Scherzinger.

According to reports the ex-Pussycat Doll has turned down Simon Cowell’s offer to return to the show to replace Cheryl.

Si is said to be keen on getting an X Factor veteran back in the judge’s chair, instead of relying on new blood like last year.

But Nic already has plans, opting for a role in Cats on Broadway instead. She’s obviously not feline the love.
