There is a glitch or something, I checked my subscription details last week and it was suppose to end last night yet I still can play songs on the app.
I don't remember if for the ANTi trial, it was needed credit card. Can someone confirm? If they charge me, I'm going Solange on them.

It was supposed to be 60 days from the time you activate it (if you saved the link you can still start your free trial), but some people got 30 more days before their trial expired.
It was only linked to your e-mail and never asked for a payment method so you could easily upgrade to Tidal HiFi, although it reduced the free trial to only 30 days.

Iirc the promotion was good for three months. After the second month they sent me an email saying how they were "extending" me to 3 months
