It happened with all of Prince related music on Spotify, because he didn't want his music available for streaming. Mariah's 'The Beautiful Ones' and TLC's 'If I Was Your Girlfriend' covers aren't available either.

It was on there when he was alive, so it must be his estate being greedy. He didn't have a problem with these type of songs on streaming services.
