FED EX is superior though. UPS will pretend they went to your home to make a delivery and online tracking will say they made the attempt but the ghetto Flops AT ups are lazy and will not make an attempt but straight up lie.. This happened to me on so many occasions, they are worst company ive ever dealt with.. cant ever speak with someone knowledgeable over the phone and when you do they still lie and misinform you and your packages will either get stolen or never reach your destinations. :deceased:

Really? Never had problems with UPS only the fact they always deliver at like 7pm at night.
That's not Fed Ex's fault tho. That's all HP. If it's a computer then HP should have required signature for delivery. Tha recipient could easily say they didn't get their computer and get a whole ass new one for free just by lying. I mean Apple requires signature on things as simple as their $30.00 headphones Get it together HP.

This and the fact that it was 10 degrees and snowing out the day they delivered my $2000 Macbook Pro that I was SUPPOSED TO SIGN FOR and luckily I caught them outside because they left the computer on my porch and didn't even ring the doorbell or require me to sign.
I should've went to corporate and said I never got my package and go through all of that hassle to get a new one for free or some ****, and then sell it and make a 2K profit
