She is probably just taking the judge's advice and making music with other people and releasing it under RCA/Kemosabe. Sony said that Kesha could work with other producers and it seems that they are following through with that promise by allowing her to work with Zedd, an artist who isn't even on their roster. Some of the profits from her music are still going to go to Luke regardless of who she works with, but she may have finally decided that that is a price she is willing to pay to make music again.
