We're (black people) slowly being pushed out of the music industry. Snubbing us at awards shows and taking our genres and using white artists to promote it/pushed as the new face of it e.g. R&B.
I'd say that there is in general, but 21 did deserve to win in 2012. I don't care what anybody says, it was by far the best album that year. Even prominent black artists said that 21 deserved to win. Brandy and Monica being 2 of them.
