90+ is usually more representative of quality. Metacrtitic isn't the best source for ranking albums by quality but if youre in the 90s that means enough publications agree to give you at least SOME objective sense that an album is good. That said, if i was an artist I'd rather have an AOTY grammy on my shelf lol

Metacritic is really only used mostly among fans who cared enough.
