Basically, since Kelsey won HoH, if she nominates Tim and Cassandra, and Joel wins Veto and saves Cassandra...then the brothers go on the block automatically.

so essentially they need to throw it to the person who isnt on the block.
Actually theyre not safe until POV is played. They could be nominated & evicted if whoever is left off the block between Tim/Cass/Joel win POV & plays it
