because if she's not winning by a landslide against him, that indicates that there's quite a bit of division in the Democratic party, which is not what we need in order to overcome Trump
a lot of his supporters (like myself) will gladly vote Hilary over Trump but damn........ she really needs to have a tighter grip on this race to be the candidate that we need
The only way Bernie would run independent is maybe if Trump ran independent which it doesn't look like he will. Bernie cares more about a democrat taking office than he does winning the election himself.
I do find it impressive though that he was able to garner this much support against one of the biggest names to ever be in politics in this short of a time span. I would hope that he ran in the next election but I don't see that happening.
He's about to lay off his campaign staff in several states. Hopefully he doesn't bring up job security and a living wage when he campaigns in California, or else that would be kinda awkward.
