Just adding to everything else that has already been said about this subject, there are real legal and medical benefits to having a biological child vs. adoption, taking all of the mushy gushy stuff out of the picture.

It's despiteful because there wouldn't be commercial surrogates if those women had other options. I don't care if she signed a paper saying she consented to it, if she had a decent paying job she wouldn't be relying on her uterus and foreigners to make money.

b) 9 months of your life is really not that long. The gay couple spent longer fighting trying to get their child back; the baby was born in Jan 2015 and they've only just won this battle in Apr 2016; 15 months, almost two full birth cycles.
c) Nobody exploited anything. A woman was open for business, she found a customer, she didn't approve of the customer but at that point it was too late. Take your coins and leave it.
d) Adoption isn't for everything. There are a ton of problems that can come with adoption; legal, medical, social, political, psychological etc. Plus there's always the risk the child will never truly claim you as their own and will always have that desire to want to search and find its "real" parents.

If the child has an extremely rare blood type that does not correspond with the parents' because it was adopted, and the child needs a blood transfusion or organ transplant or something, it applies anywhere in the world.

That's like saying a straight couple shouldn't have a child and should just adopt. People want their own biological kids and that's not wrong to want that in life rather straight, bi, gay, or transgender.
