TBH I am the loud neighbor because I scream a lot

The amount of times my neighbors have had the cops over all they do is fight
and because they have an obese family member, she often gets stuck in her car with her stomach pressed against the horn
and she'll have the horn on for ~ten minutes + screaming for help yet her daughters never go immediately and always spend 10 minutes cackling because of her being stuck

New neighbors moved in and they are the worst. Yesterday they smacked golf balls at our house into the yard and right now they are yelling outside for the whole neighborhood to hear

I often hear constant retching late at night, coming from the flat below

I'm under the impression that the inhabitant has some serious condition
