They have a right to participate in the presidential election. They do not have a right to vote in the primary election held by a private organization.

Some people don't find out that info until it's too late... you're making excuses when it could literally be solved by just making them open or semi-open primaries. There is no need for closed primaries.
And I'd agree with you if this wasn't a two party system where the DNC/RNC dominate the political landscape. Instead of being selfish they should think of the people whom they claim to represent.
