I think they are over-inflating his worth. He has seen a rise recently but wont have longevity in terms of recognition 10-20 years from now, it will fizzle. I personally think only his kids should get it but meh who am i to have an opininon so ill just shut it.

I guess people don't understand wills. They are made under the assumption that you will die tomorrow. It doesn't matter how long someone thinks they have left.
