It was a great ep, Melisandre, Sansa/Brienne, Tyrion, Dany, and Davos all had solid scenes.
But I'm LIVID that we still don't have resolution on Jon yet. Reminds me of Walking Dead with their stupid ****ing dumpster (and again with the finale).
Oh, and I can't believe they managed to make Dorne even more tragic. I hope Cersei ****S that bitch Ellaria up. Poor Trystane.
I went through all the pages and there's not enough people mentioning Cersei, i know she's the evil bitch we love to hate but damn Lena
I can't get over how heartbreaking that whole scene was. Lena Headey once again proved why she's the best actress on the show. There's no ****ing competition.
Her look of hope and joy slipping into sadness and horror when she realized Myrcella was dead. That was some good off-in-the-distance-staring acting if I've ever seen some. She had to look out into the beautiful Croatian waters and pretend like she was sad?
Yeah Lena is delivering Emmy-worthy work already with her first and only scene of the season so far. The interaction with Jaime was especially impressive. It really is about time she wins one.

I really like Ellaria (and her actress) and want her to succeed for Oberyn's sake but they're turning everyone against her with the dodgy writing.
My point was that Dorne in the books isn't as good as some of the ASOIAF fans are making it out to be. The fact that the story hasn't translated well on screen shouldn't be surprising.
Dorne was ok in the books, it was mostly about Arianne and her whole Queenmaking plotline, You may like it or not but it's far superior to the show, there are no plot holes and no strecthes like Doran's soldier doing nothing against Ellaria when she's killing him.
