Well, usually, they count for the top selling record that includes them. I'm not 100% sure that the rule holds for GH releases but I would guess that it does.

With SEA + TEA, Very Best will end up around 450k. If he did 150k in 2 days, he an do another 150k with the remainder of the week (150k = 1.5M song downloads)

Beyoncé debuting at #2 behind Prince will make it even more legendary. I'm sure Bey don't care and will actually feel honored. (I think she will go #1 tho)

Sales won't be tragic for once

His TIDAL streaming numbers will contribute quite a bit to his total too. One million new customers joined TIDAL right after Prince's death, and subscribers have streamed his songs 1 B times (as of a couple of days ago). I think WDC is just ahead of PR on TIDAL, but with 8:42-8:48 in length, PR has fewer opportunities for fans to stream it than other Prince songs.

I know they are rush-releasing physical copies of the Prince albums to retail, and I think those start arriving before the tracking week ends. Lemonade won't have a physical component for two more weeks. I hope a late week boost in physical sales can boost Prince enough to stay at #1. We'll see, and no I'm not getting my hopes up too much. VBOP had sold 159k thru Su, with PR at 89k thru Su.
