Dear Media. 'The Pink Crust', the supposed title for Avril Lavigne's fourth record, was an April Fools hoax invented on our fan-forum. 'The Pink Crust' was an Expanding Joke across our fan-forum, it is not the title for Avril's fourth and upcoming record, which is yet to be named. The title, which I may add does not make any sense in the English Language (Which is why it's so shocking that any credible media source reported on it), was intended as a joke only. The Bandaids staff have taken this step due to our members becoming aggitated by the gullible media reporting on our fake title. Bandaids doesn't usually like to name and shame, but some media sources were especially surprising with MuchMusic and Billboard both writing about the title as if it were fact. We'd like to add that this is the 2nd time in the last month that Avril Bandaids has received mass media attention due to our actions.
