The group went through constant changes during their whole time together, even before formalizing the project when the group was created in 1995. Most of the members in the group would depart due to disagreements with manager Alejandro Sirvent (father of group member founder Patricia Sirvent) which would become source of controversy for the group and the way it was managed. In each of the albums the group saw a change in their line-up. During the 12 years of the group, a total of 13 girls became (in a more or less relevant way) part of the group.

Si es ella pero en realidad tiene exito debido a que Chabelo y Tatiana se retiraron. Igual esta casada a un politico, tiene una vida segura hasta las proximas elecciones

My family has been mistaken for Indian American by other Indian Americans. There was also a delivery guy that once asked if we were from this really specific place, but he seemed more Middle Eastern. Mexican ancestry can be confusing so I try not to assume someone's background based on appearances.
Selena is really important to Mexican Americans/Latinos in the United States. She represents to them that idea of being too Latino for the US and not Latino enough for Latin America and building an identity within that. There's a scene in her biopic that mentions this. What songs do you like by her?
