Dubai has a terrible record with workers rights and representation. It's non-existent, and as others have already commented, it's essentially indentured servitude. Regardless, this building will actually only be a bit taller than the Burj, which looks a lot shorter in the rendering due to perspective.
But it's freaking gorgeous!
