No, I'm on a low carb diet and calories don't really matter. It also makes you less hungry. I ate a cheese omelette and a hot chocolate at 11:30am and it's 7pm and im still not hungry lol
yes to make sure I eat enough. after years and years of dieting and being told that 1200-1500 calories are enough i've been struggling to get back on a 2,300 calorie plan. eating enough is so hard when you're so used to starvation.
