So recently I gained a tad bit of weight so I decided to start keeping track of my calories for the first time ever and it's AWFUL. I used to eat a whole pizza for lunch but now I see that it's like 12000 calories so I just eat like dry cereal instead. I'm always hungry and I think I'd rather be fat then go through this tbh
i started doing that about an year ago. i used to be fat af and i've lost 22KGs now.
you'll get used to it, try to eat smart so you feel fuller. and trust me its way better to get healthy than to stay fat.
and i did it without going to the gym.
It's really weird, my breakfast and lunch meals were extremely healthy, now I'm eating my 3rd chocolate bar for the evening because I'm working on a project for my company and usually need to consume a lot of coffee and sweets, I feel like a bag of sugar.
