English music is what makes you a global star...she was an established latin american artists before the 2000's so considering that the english language albums are what made shakira explode and crossover globally then thats a testament to how people are truly mostyly interested in her music rather then in her shenanigans .. Shakira had only 3 english albums all in this decade.. (brit like close to 9) my point was that britney has had the benefit of having english as her native tongue, more albums and the world's general tabloid fixation with her silly decisions.
